Crystal has been a dedicated member of Trusted Talent since August 2015, making her just shy of a remarkable 10 years with the company! With a background in recruiting at Randstad and serving as the Director of Career Services at the Salter School, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Crystal’s calm, cool, and collected approach ensures that she provides valuable guidance and support to both her travelers and fellow recruiters.

Her main goal is building lasting relationships with the nurses she works with, taking the time to truly understand their needs and what will work best for them. She prides herself on creating trust and maintaining connections that endure long after placements are made.

Outside of work, Crystal loves to capture the moments that matter most, with photography being her go-to hobby. She believes in enjoying life while savoring each moment—and why not have a little fun while doing it?
