Job Responsibilities
– Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate with other pharmacists
– Manage sterile and non-sterile compounding, including hazardous drugs
– Oversee medication orders and fill carts
– Ensure medication compatibility and manage controlled substances
– Utilize Epic EMR/CPOE system for medication dispensing

Qualifications
– West Virginia Pharmacist License
– BLS Certification
– 3 years of pharmacy experience preferred but not required

Working Hours
– Monday to Friday
– Shifts: Operations 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or IV room 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
– No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements

– Proficient in phone etiquette and basic computer skills
– Experience with automated dispensing systems (Omnicell)
– Strong attention to detail in medication management and safety
– Ability to work collaboratively in a pediatric-focused environment
