Job Responsibilities
- Provide medical care to adult inpatients, with support from various specialties available around the clock.
- Manage acute and non-invasive ventilation procedures.
- Perform and interpret EKGs and engage with cardiac stress testing as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current ACLS certification
- Prior experience in an inpatient hospitalist setting preferred
Working Hours
- 7 days on, 12-hour day shifts – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, covering Tuesday to Tuesday
Skills
- Proficient in inpatient care, including management of non-invasive ventilation
- Skilled in EKG interpretation
- Comfortable with high patient volume, managing 10–15 encounters per shift
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
