We are seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves a balance between operating room duties and clinic responsibilities. Temporary privileges may be available, with full credentialing estimated to take 60-90 days.

Requirements:
– COVID and Flu vaccinations are mandatory for all staff. Waivers may be accepted.
– Board certification is required for physicians.
– The facility does not accept bids from providers with IMLC licensing.

Certifications Required:
– Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
– Basic Life Support (BLS)

Facility Details:
– Trauma Level: 3
– Pediatrics Level: 0

Clinicians can expect to handle 5-8 patient encounters per shift in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
