Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care including seeing patients in the clinic, rounding, and performing surgeries.
• Take hospital calls during clinic hours and manage patient caseload effectively.
• Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP, and more.
• Work in collaboration with the hospitalist team and support staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active WA license or eligibility for licensing
• BLS, DEA (ACLS preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain)
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred

Working Hours

• Clinic: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM (selected shifts)
• 24-hour Call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• On Call: 5–6 days/month including weekends

Skills

• Proficiency in general urology procedures; robotic surgery experience is advantageous but not required
