  • Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 24-hour call: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 AM
  • 1 night call per week and 1 weekend call per month
  • Patient Population: Adult
  • Location: Silverdale, WA
  • Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates

Job Responsibilities

  • Anesthesia care for a variety of cardiac procedures including CABG, MV, AV, TAVR, LAAC, Maze, and AFib ablations
  • Collaborate with other anesthesiologists, though each typically handles separate cases
  • Occasional involvement in EP and structural interventional labs

Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology and Echo Cardiography
  • TEE Certification required
  • Active WA license preferred or IMLC (LOQ)
  • Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship completed
  • BLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications required
  • Clean Malpractice/Background preferred

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • On-call duties: Friday to Sunday, 24-hour call from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM
  • Additional call one night per week

Skills

  • Proficient in advanced cardiac life support techniques and procedures
  • Experience with Epic EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions in a high-pressure environment
