Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry to join our team at a free-standing 70-bed psychiatric hospital. The role involves managing a caseload of 12–15 patients per day, focusing on individuals with serious mental illnesses, primarily psychotic disorders. You'll collaborate with an excellent support staff, including nursing and social workers, and have access to onsite primary care providers for medical assessments and consultations.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and treat a caseload of 12–15 psychiatric patients per day
- Engage in 2–3 new admissions per week
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Experience with inpatient psychiatric settings required
- Prefer experience with long-acting injectables and Clozapine
- Must hold BLS certification
- Board Certification Eligible is the minimum requirement
