Job Responsibilities
– Provide 24-hour call coverage, delivering high-quality urology care
– Manage up to 16 patient encounters per shift
– Perform required surgeries and procedures including laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy, radical prostatectomy, and more
– Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
– Board Certification in Urology required
– Relevant certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
– Experience with robotic surgery is required
– Proficiency in endoscopic, laparoscopic, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy procedures
– Fellowship preferred
Working Hours
– 24-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
– Requires flexibility to cover 10-12 shifts a month, both weekdays and weekends
