Job Responsibilities
– Provide surgical care across a range of subspecialties, including General, Trauma, Vascular, and Plastic Surgery
– Participate in GenSurg call coverage and handle emergency cases
– Conduct outpatient clinic days for follow-ups on call cases
Qualifications
– WA State License or eligibility through IMLC
– Board Certification in General Surgery
– WA DEA, ACLS required; ATLS preferred
– Strong preference for candidates from the western U.S., ideally the Pacific Northwest
Working Hours
– Full-time, 40+ hours per week, including call coverage
– Monday–Friday, clinic days adjusted during call weeks
Skills
– Proficiency in a wide array of surgical procedures including laparoscopic surgeries, endoscopy, and vascular interventions
– Ability to manage trauma situations effectively
– Expertise in pediatric and neonatal surgical procedures is highly preferred
