Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care in a clinic setting
- Collaborate with care managers, RNs, MAs, and infusion nurses
- Manage a caseload of approximately 15-18 patients per day, focusing on 60% oncology and 40% hematology cases
- Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and patient records
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Hematology Oncology [Highly Preferred]
- Fellowship in Hematology Oncology [Required]
- WA License [Highly Preferred], or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
- DEA Certification [Required]
- Self-Query NPDB report required, dated within 30 days of presentation
