Providers are required to work 10-hour inpatient shifts for 7 consecutive days, with night call duties after each shift. They will be scheduled for 7 days on and 7 days off.
Patient encounters per shift range from 15 to 18. For shift requirements, overtime applies after 10 hours per day.
Providers must work both inpatient shifts and night call; bids are not accepted for those unable to do both. The facility requires physicians to be board certified.

Non-required specialty skills include outpatient cardiology, invasive cardiology (diagnostic and interventional), electrophysiology, and several specific procedures including PA catheter placement, IABP placement, cardiac catheterization, heart biopsy, angioplasty – PTCA, intracoronary stent placement, atherectomy, cardiac ablation, permanent pacemaker placement, and implantable cardioverter defibrillator placement.
Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days. Bids are not accepted from providers with IMLC.
