Job Responsibilities
- Provide OB and GYN call coverage, including routine and complicated deliveries, C-sections, and GYN surgeries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage low and high-risk pregnancies.
- Ensure comprehensive care and support, covering labor and delivery and emergency departments.
- Provide consults, and manage emergent gynecological scenarios.
Qualifications
- Board Certification highly preferred; truly Board Eligible considered.
- Active state license in WA highly preferred; IMLC considered.
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and DEA.
- A Self-Query NPDB report within 30 days of submission required.
Working Hours
- 24-hour call shifts with a 20-minute response time.
- Flexible part-time locums accepted to fulfill schedule requirements.
Skills
- Competent in performing and supervising C-sections, routine deliveries, and handling high-risk pregnancies.
- Proficient in FHR interpretation and managing OB inductions.
- Ability to manage the regular scope of practice for GYN and emergent surgeries.
