Job Responsibilities

• Cover 5-8 in-house, 24-hour call shifts per month
• Manage emergent obstetric cases, including hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy, D&C, and more
• Collaborate with a team of 5 midwives to support labor & delivery
• Perform and interpret OB ultrasounds and manage both low and high-risk pregnancies

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Obstetrics
• BLS Certification required
• Proficiency in managing both routine and complicated deliveries

Working Hours

• 24-hour in-house call shifts

Skills

• Expertise in FHR interpretation and OB ultrasounds
• Skilled in performing and managing routine and complicated deliveries, such as C-sections and breech births
• Ability to make decisions regarding cesarean sections and handle emergency gynecological surgeries
