Job Responsibilities
– Perform IV verification and medication verification
– Engage in IV compounding as needed
– Provide dosing expertise, including Vancomycin AUC and Aminoglycoside dosing
– Ensure accurate documentation using Meditech, Vigilanz, Pyxis, and C2 safe systems
Qualifications
– Must hold a Virginia State Pharmacist license
– At least 2 years of hospital experience required
– Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, and advanced dosing protocols
Working Hours
– Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
– Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Skills
– Strong knowledge of pharmacy protocols and advanced dosing
