Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor high-risk pregnancies
  • Perform required procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling
  • Collaborate with a team including RNs, sonographers, genetic counselors, and support staff
  • Utilize EMR systems such as EPIC and viewpoint

Qualifications

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine [REQUIRED]
  • Completed Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine [REQUIRED]
  • Valid VA medical license [REQUIRED]
  • BLS Certification [REQUIRED]
  • AIUM Certification [Preferred]

Working Hours

  • On-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends

Skills

  • Expertise in high-risk pregnancy management
  • Proficiency in both vaginal and cesarean delivery procedures
  • Familiarity with diagnosing and treating pregnancy-related complications
  • Strong communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
