Job Responsibilities
- Perform medication reconciliation and order verification.
- Manage vancomycin dosing, lab results, and renal dosing.
- Display proficiency in sterile compounding, including finger tip and broth testing.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
- Competency in sterile compounding and staff pharmacist duties.
- BLS certification required.
- Commitment to completing all work history and competency requirements.
Working Hours
- Full-time, rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, with varying hours.
- Occasional weekend requirement as needed.
