Job Responsibilities

• Provide neurological care to adult patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Conduct necessary diagnostics including EEG, EMG, and brain death exams
• Collaborate with other neurologists and healthcare providers in the group
• Maintain accurate documentation via Epic/Connect Care

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurology
• Current BLS certification
• Active Virginia medical license and DEA
• Covid and Flu vaccinations preferred and required, respectively
• COI coverage as required by Virginia statute limitations

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call duties from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend call from 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Skills

• Proficient in reading radiologic exams and interpreting EEGs
• Strong analytical and diagnostics capabilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Epic/Connect Care
