Job Responsibilities
– Manage ventilators with respiratory therapists
– Monitor critical care patients and assist with decompensation cases
– Admit new patients from the ED, hospital floor, and surrounding facilities
– Perform procedures including central lines, arterial lines, and dialysis catheters
– Update family on care goals when patient status changes

Qualifications
– Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
– Active Virginia license and DEA
– BLS/ACLS Certified
– Available for coverage as specified
– Critical care experience
– Clean background for temporary privileges

Working Hours
– Shifts will be scheduled in coordination with locum availability

Skills
– Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
