Job Responsibilities
– Prepare and check IV orders, manage infusions, and provide pharmaceutical care to a diverse range of patients.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
– Utilize EMR systems like EDIS and Medhost efficiently for patient documentation.
– Participate in occasional on-call rotation to support the pharmacy department.
Qualifications
– Pharm D with a valid State of Utah license.
– Minimum of two years of relevant inpatient pharmacy experience.
– Required certifications in cardiology, infectious disease, trauma, and pediatric/NICU care.
Working Hours
– Flexible schedule with varied shifts, including ten-hour and eight-hour options.
Skills
– Strong expertise in cardiology, infectious diseases, trauma, and inpatient pediatrics and NICU care.
– Excellent communication and team-oriented approach with a strong focus on safety and flexibility.
– Proficiency in using Omnicell and experience with EHR systems like EDIS and Medhost.
