Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility includes covering ER call and unattached needs at the hospital.
- Providers will cover patients in the clinic for services provided in the hospital.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): Yes
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Yes
Qualifications
- Board Eligibility (BE) is acceptable for temporary privileges.
- Must meet a minimum board certification eligibility requirement.
- Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days.

- Laparoscopic Surgery: Required

- Other surgical specialties like head/neck, chest wall, breast, obstetric & gynecologic surgeries have preferred or required status.
Procedures
- Ventilation management, chest tube insertion, and central line insertion are preferred skills.
- Vascular access devices and AV shunt procedures are preferred.
- Required proficiency in GI endoscopy, both upper and lower, including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy.

- Patient encounters per shift range from 5-10.
- The facility does not allow bids from providers with IMLC.
- Nearest airports are located in Nashville, TN, and Huntsville, AL.
