Job Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate drug supply and oversee procurement processes
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately and in compliance with state laws
- Conduct monthly inspections of pharmacy and patient care units
- Provide educational programs and trainings for pharmacy staff
- Execute medication reconciliation for discharge medication lists
- Participate in quality assurance programs related to drug use
Qualifications
- Successful completion of all educational requirements for state licensure
- Current state licensure as a pharmacist
- BLS certification if required by state
- EPIC experience
- Minimum of two years of recent hospital experience
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
