Job Responsibilities
– Perform general orthopedic surgeries and procedure coverage during weekend call.
– Execute arthroscopic procedures, joint replacements, joint revisions, and repair work, ensuring superior patient outcomes.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care.

Qualifications
– Active PA medical license
– Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery
– MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
– Completion of an Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
– Proven recent experience with at least 100 general orthopedic procedures within the past 12 months

Working Hours
– Coverage required over the weekend from May 1-3.

Skills
– Competency in arthroscopy and total joint replacements (hip and knee are essential).
– Proficiency in joint revision, hand surgeries, tendon release/repair, and peripheral nerve surgery.
– Experience with instrumentation and percutaneous disc surgery is preferred.
