Job Description
Join an established team focused on maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting. We're seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner specialized in Mother Baby to cover maternity leave with 24-hour in-house shifts, beginning December 21, 2025. As an essential member of the team, you will provide comprehensive care to adolescent and adult females throughout the pregnancy and postpartum periods, as well as manage the health of well newborns during their first 28 days of life.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage care for mothers and newborns
- Oversee pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care
- Provide in-house emergency care in line with unit policies
- Collaborate with physicians for patient admissions and consults
- Stabilize patients with emergent conditions
Qualifications
- Board Certification Eligible
- Ability to complete credentialing process in 14 days
- Experience with maternal and newborn care preferred
- Pennsylvania licensure (IMLC not applicable)
Working Hours
- 24-hour in-house shifts, 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Orientation required the day prior to start date
