Job Responsibilities
– Provide specialized care in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, managing complex pregnancies and fetal conditions.
– Collaborate with a dedicated support staff, including Neonatologists, Certified Nurse Midwives, and NICU providers.
– Utilize state-of-the-art technology and facilities, including a Level 3A NICU and helicopter service.
– Perform and interpret ultrasounds, including Level II/Targeted and echocardiography.
– Conduct procedures such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cervical cerclage.
Qualifications
– PA State License and active DEA
– Board Certification in OB/GYN with a subspecialty in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
– Successful completion of accredited residency and fellowship programs in OB/GYN and MFM
– Current certifications in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
Working Hours
– No weekend requirements
– Day shifts coinciding with standard clinic operating hours
Skills
– Expertise in managing conditions like pregnancy-induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, diabetes, and other disorders during pregnancy.
– Proficiency in various obstetric procedures, including VBACs, instrument-assisted deliveries, and C-sections.
– Strong capability in fetal medicine techniques such as intrauterine transfusion and multifetal pregnancy reduction.
