Job Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor the patient's vital signs during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure quality care.
- Provide post-operative care and pain management for patients.
Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- Active state license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience or 1 year working independently
Working Hours
- 2-3 shifts per week
- Days: Monday–Friday (Tyrone), Monday–Thursday (Huntingdon)
Skills
- Experience with regional anesthesia such as spinals and peripheral nerve blocks is beneficial
- Ability to effectively handle less than 20 patients per day in an independent or team setting
- Proficiency with EMR system Cerner preferred
