Trusted Talent is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity with WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital. This assignment offers a balanced mix of clinic, OR, and daytime hospital consults in a well-established practice with experienced support staff. Flexible coverage is available—providers may commit to one or multiple weeks.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Call: No nights or weekend call (daytime hospital consults/rounding only while covering)
• Compensation: $410/hour-$420/hour
• Travel & Lodging Stipend: $1,200/week
• Temporary Privileges: Available for qualified providers with clean files

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care in both the clinic and operating room.
• Perform ureteroscopies and other routine urologic procedures.
• Complete daytime hospital consults and rounding as needed.
• Document patient care in Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary support team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• Active DEA required
• Three years of experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Clean files eligible for temporary privileges

Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch
• No nighttime call
• No weekend call
