Job Responsibilities

• Hospital coverage includes consults, outpatient and inpatient catheterizations, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).
• Participate in an average of 15 consults and 3 procedures per day.
• Provide ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) call during specified hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least board eligible in cardiology.
• Required to have a valid PA medical license and a DEA license.

Working Hours

• Schedule includes a mix of day shifts from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with night beeper call from 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Weekend STEMI call is from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM.

Skills

• Proficient in TEEs, echo readings, cardiac catheterizations, and cardiac windows.
• Experience with Epic EMR is advantageous.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced hospital environment with flexible hours.
