Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and administer radiation treatment plans to adult patients.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including oncology-certified RNs, dieticians, and radiation therapists.
- Participate actively in tumor board discussions and chart rounds.
- Manage approximately 14 treatment volumes daily, consult 8 patients weekly, and conduct 20 follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required
- DEA certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No call responsibilities
Skills
- Proficient in EPIC EMR system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience or familiarity with special procedures such as lung SBRT
