Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive care in adult hematology and oncology
– Manage a patient panel with 60% hematology and 40% oncology cases
– Participate in disease-specific and general tumor boards
– Collaborate with a supportive team including 1.3 onsite hem/onc physicians, 3 APPs, and an onsite pharmacist

Qualifications
– Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
– DEA required
– Minimum 1 year of experience
– Must have PA license or qualify for IMLC
– Experience with EMR system EPIC

Working Hours
– Full-time, 5 clinic days per week, 8-hour shifts
– Weeknight call from 4:15 PM – 8:00 AM
– Weekend call 24-hour coverage, including 2 hours gratis rounding

Skills
– Proficient in managing solid tumor oncology, benign and malignant hematology
– Ability to work efficiently in both clinic and hospital settings
– Strong communication skills for patient interactions and collaboration with the healthcare team
– Familiarity with infusion and treatment processes
