Job Responsibilities
- Perform urology consultations and procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate procedures.
- Supervise NP/PAs and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Handle scheduled clinic hours and respond to emergency calls as required.
- Utilize office equipment such as cystoscopes, towers, and other surgical tools for procedures.
Qualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
- Valid PA License or IMLC LOQ only
- DEA registration
- Minimum 1-year experience in urology practice
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
- Scheduled on-call periods as detailed above
Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Ability to perform robotic and non-robotic surgeries (if part of practice)
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient care and work collaboratively with support staff
- Competence in managing a diverse case load with potential for urgent situations
