Job Responsibilities
– Provide urology care to adult patients during 24-hour call assignments
– Handle average callbacks of 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours per day on weekends
– Utilize EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation

Qualifications
– Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology
– Valid PA license and DEA certification
– Minimum of 1 year of urology experience
– Ability to commence credentialing with completion in 90 days

Working Hours
– 24-hour call during specified date blocks
– Coverage extends across weekends with defined callback expectations
