Job Responsibilities
– Provide hematology and oncology care, integrated with the clinic's infusion center
– Conduct patient assessments and follow-up care
– Perform bone marrow biopsies, preferred
– Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including dietician, oncology nurse navigator, and social work

Qualifications
– Active Oregon medical license and DEA
– Board Certified in Hematology Oncology
– BLS certification required
– Ability to obtain privileges, with an estimated timeframe of 90 days
