Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services.
• Manage patient care for 18 years and above, with occasional adolescent care.
• Perform primary care procedures, including circumcisions.
• Coordinate with support staff consisting of a Medical Assistant, receptionist, and clinic Registered Nurse as needed.
• Utilize the eClinicalworks EMR system effectively.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (Highly preferred) or truly Board Eligible.
• Valid Oregon State License (Required).
• BLS certification (Highly Preferred), can be obtained during credentialing.
• Clean malpractice record (Highly preferred).
• Self-query NPDB report, dated within 30 days, is mandatory.

• 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
