Job Responsibilities
– Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for newborn and pediatric care
– Conduct neonatal resuscitation and emergency procedures
– Round on patients for 1-4 hours daily
– Manage admissions and consultations from the emergency department
Qualifications
– Board Certified in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with significant pediatric and neonatal experience
– Completion of a 3-year Pediatric Residency program
– Active Oregon medical license
– Required certifications: PALS and NRP
– Clean malpractice and background preferred
Working Hours
– 24-hour call, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
– Includes scheduled weekends
