Job Responsibilities
– Conduct admissions and recertification face-to-face visits
– Manage symptoms for patients, including medication prescribing
– Collaborate with Registered Nurses on patient needs
– Provide telehealth consultations as necessary

Qualifications
– Active WA and OR licenses with WA and OR DEA
– Board certification required
– BLS certification

Working Hours
– Guaranteed 8 hours per day
– On-call responsibilities are addressed after 5:00 PM by the designated provider
