Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients with chronic and acute wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Monitor wound healing, providing appropriate treatments and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers about wound care practices and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• Certification in Wound Care preferred
• Proven experience in wound management
