Job Responsibilities
- Provide cardiothoracic surgical care including coronary artery bypass surgery, arterial revascularization, and heart valve repair/replacement.
- Perform procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and mitral valve repair.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation using the EPIC system.
- Collaborate with ancillary staff and physician assistants to deliver optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Cardiac Surgery
- Active Ohio Medical License
- Fellowship Training in Cardiac Surgery
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in all required cardiac surgical procedures
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred
- Must be available for specified coverage dates
