As the sole Pharmacist during night shifts, you will have the opportunity to independently manage pharmaceutical care with CPhT support, ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.

Job Responsibilities
– Provide pharmaceutical care, including monitoring and evaluating medication use.
– Review, interpret, and dispense medication orders.
– Communicate drug information to patients and healthcare providers.
– Manage patient medication therapy to ensure drug regimen effectiveness.
– Coordinate with pharmacy technicians to meet the needs of the patients.

Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
– Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing.
– Preferred one year of hospital pharmacy experience.
– Excellent communication and human relation skills.
