Job Responsibilities
– Provide pharmaceutical care, including monitoring drug use quality, distribution, and control.
– Review, interpret, process, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions.
– Monitor and manage patient medication therapy for appropriateness and effectiveness.
– Communicate drug information to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
– Participate in management of medical emergencies by assisting in medication preparation.

Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
– Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
– One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
