Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive primary care through diagnosis and treatment of a variety of medical conditions
– Offer preventative care and health maintenance to adult patients
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications
– Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
– Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
– Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution
– Minimum of three years of full-time comprehensive primary care experience
– Current BLS and ACLS certifications approved by VHA
– Active DEA certificate and OIG verification
