Job Responsibilities
– Provide pharmaceutical care across all assigned infusion centers.
– Prepare and dispense medications according to established protocols.
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
– Utilize EPIC and EPIC Beacon for managing patient information and treatment plans.

Qualifications
– PharmD and RPh certifications required.
– Experience with IV compounding.
– Familiarity with EPIC systems required; EPIC Beacon experience preferred.
– Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy setting is preferred.

Working Hours
– Monday–Friday, covering varied day shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM based on the specific location assignment.
