Job Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment to child and adolescent patients.
• Collaborate with an advanced practice provider to split patient encounters.
• Engage in pharmacotherapy and, preferably, group and family therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Psychiatry with experience in child and adolescent care.
• Eligible for expedited privileges with a clean history.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule.
• 40 patient encounters per shift in conjunction with an advanced practice provider.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in managing a range of disorders including anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, eating, developmental, and psychotic disorders.
• Preferred experience in family and group therapy techniques.
• Must be capable of utilizing pharmacotherapy as a treatment method.
