Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and optimizations for upcoming surgical patients
- Review history and physicals, as well as other relevant patient information
- Follow and utilize optimization protocols and resources within the existing facility systems
- Perform chart reviews, data collection, and coordinate care
- Identify and make appropriate referrals as needed
- Collaborate with the Surgery and Anesthesia team
Qualifications
- Active BLS certification required
- APP experience in a pre-operative/pre-anesthesia setting
- Valid NY license required
- Epic experience required
- Must be Board Certified
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
