Job Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including call coverage.
  • Conduct necessary diagnostic and treatment procedures.
  • Supervise and instruct nursing, ancillary, and support staff.
  • Participate in quality assurance and cooperate with department leadership.
  • Engage in educational activities with residency programs.

Qualifications

  • Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Current New York State medical license
  • Minimum of 1–2 years post-fellowship experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Office call coverage after hours and weekends

Skills

  • Proficient in procedures such as ESI, MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, and other injections
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Competence in handling a range of patient conditions within the specialty
