Join our leading Neurology department as a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Neurocritical Care in a 10-bed Neuro ICU. This role provides an exciting opportunity for full-time or part-time involvement, accommodating 14 shifts per month with 12-hour shifts available both day and night. Located in Wilmington, NC, this position requires an immediate start and offers a dynamic working environment in a trauma level 2 facility.

Job Responsibilities
– Provide specialized care within the Neuro ICU, managing a 10-bed department.
– Conduct patient encounters efficiently with an average of 10 patients per shift.
– Collaborate closely with the neurological team to coordinate comprehensive care for critical patients.

Qualifications
– Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required.
– Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
– Prior experience in Neurocritical Care or related field preferred.
– Ability to work effectively in a trauma level 2 facility environment.

Working Hours
– 12-hour shifts, including both day and night options, with a commitment of 14 shifts per month.
