Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including both low and high-risk pregnancies.
– Perform vital procedures: FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, c-sections, breech, and multiple births.
– Ensure accurate documentation of patient contact hours and provide notes for verification.
– Maintain emergency privileges; ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
Qualifications
– Active NC medical license with clean history.
– Board certified or board certification eligible in OB/GYN.
– Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
– Strong skills in decision-making for c-sections and handling complicated deliveries.
Working Hours
– 24-hour call coverage from 7 AM to 7 AM.
– Flexibility in scheduling with ongoing shifts available.
