Job Responsibilities
- Provide solo coverage in the emergency room
- Collaborate with one physician and another mid-level provider during shifts
- Handle adult patient cases within a 22-bed environment
- Utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR for documentation
Qualifications
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working as Emergency Department PA required
- NC Medicaid/Medicare credentials and enrollment in PECOS necessary
- Possess DEA with a North Carolina address
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Board certification is necessary
