Temporary housing is provided, and all patients and procedures will be managed on a Meditech system.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general orthopedic surgeries, including wrist, ankle, and hip fractures
- Conduct 0–3 consultations per day
- Respond to 0–2 visits in the Emergency Department for closed reductions and admissions
- Stabilize and transfer long bone trauma
Qualifications
- Active NC medical license and NC DEA with NC address
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- Provider must be vaccinated
- Must be credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare and enrolled with PECOS
- Basic and Advanced Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ABLS, ATLS, PALS
Working Hours
- June 26, 7:00 AM – July 1, 7:00 AM
- Must remain within 20 minutes of the hospital while on call
Skills
- Proficiency in Meditech electronic medical records
- Required surgical skills include arthroscopy, total joint replacement (hip, knee, shoulder), joint revision or repair, hand surgeries, tendon release/repair, and peripheral nerve surgery
- Experience in instrumentation surgeries in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions
- Expertise in percutaneous disc surgery
