Job Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and be on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries
• Address any emergent GYN procedures
• Collaborate with hospitalist support staff and specialists
• Ensure your close proximity to the hospital for quick response times

Qualifications

• Active NC license with NC DEA and NC Medicaid Credential
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Fully vaccinated as per hospital regulations
• Case logs for the past 24 months required
• No recent or open malpractice cases

Working Hours

• Varied; on-call for 24-hour shifts on specific dates

Skills

• Proficiency in routine and complicated deliveries, including C-sections, breech, and multiple births
• Ability to perform and interpret OB ultrasounds and routine gynecological procedures
• Capability to repair 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
• Proficient in surgical gynecology, including laparoscopic and major surgeries
• Laser certification required
