Job Responsibilities
- Oversee medication distribution and management for inpatients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and safety.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide pharmaceutical consultations.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must have a PharmD degree.
- Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience in an inpatient setting is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
- Night shifts: Weeknights, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, and Weekend nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
